The regular meeting of the Sherwood Lakes Homeowners Association was held on this 15th of September, two thousand twenty-three. The meeting was presided over HOA President Jones, with members present of homeowners in presence.
Following call to order, the minutes from the previous meeting were reviewed and approved with a few amendments.

Proposed Amendments to Sherwood Lakes Covenants
The Board of Directors is presently reviewing several proposed amendments to the existing covenants for Sherwood Lakes. These proposed adjustments are get more info designed to enhance the standard of life for all residents while addressing ongoing concerns and encouraging a thriving community.

HOA Board Election Information - Sherwood Lakes
Greetings residents of Sherwood Lakes! The annual election for the Homeowner’s Association (HOA) board is right around the corner. This year, we encourage all homeowners to take part in shaping the future of our community by casting their vote.
The election will be held on Monday, October 16th, with voting taking place from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the Neighborhood Clubhouse.
A list of the running candidates and their platforms will be made available on the HOA website and distributed via email/sent to residents in a packet by September 20th. For any questions or concerns regarding the election process, please send an email to the HOA. We look forward to a successful and transparent election!
